IRIS VALVES

Aluminum valves have a rotating ring lined with HDPE for smooth operation.  In this type of valve, the locking lever is made in either Aluminum or molded Celcon. The diaphragms to be fitted in these valves are available in, Nylon or PU Coated Nylon. The CVDL series are available in aluminum alloy, SS 304 and SS 316.

An optional feature for both of these series is a guide sleeve passing through the orifice of the diaphragm. The sleeve will carry the material ( e.g. powders, granules etc.) without direct contact with the diaphragm. This feature helps to enhance the life of the diaphragm.
